Gluten Free in Miami: 12 Bakeries, Restaurants and Cafes (2026 Guide)
Twelve places to check for gluten free in and around Miami: six bakeries, five restaurants and cafes and our own counter in Coral Gables, sorted by Google rating with hours and price level. It draws a clear line between places that say gluten free in their name and places Google only lists for the search.
Gluten free in Miami comes in two kinds of places: businesses that put gluten free in their own name, and businesses Google returns when you search for it. In the first group are TAP Brazilian Café in Brickell, whose Google listing name reads "100% Gluten-Free", Almotti Gluten Free Bakery, Pamela Wasabi Bakery, Vegan and Gluten-free, and Dikla Delicious Gluten-free Kosher bakery up in Hollywood. In the second group, the highest rated of the ones in this guide is Bobe Kitchen & Bakery (4.9 on Google with 2,376 reviews), followed at 4.8 by Avo Miami on Bay Rd, Naked Farmer, CARROT on Brickell Ave and Archetti's Bakery. This guide covers 12 places in and around Miami: six bakeries, five restaurants and cafes, and our own counter at GROU Coffee in Coral Gables.
Every rating, review count, price level and opening hour below comes from each business's Google listing as of October 2026, and hours change, so check before you go. And a listing cannot tell you how a kitchen handles gluten. Where a business says gluten free in its own name or in Google's summary, we say so. Where it does not, we only say that Google lists it for gluten free searches, which is a reason to call and ask, not a promise.
Where can you find a gluten free bakery in Miami?
These six bakery names came out of the eight gluten free searches we ran on Google, starting with "gluten free bakery Miami". They are ordered by rating, with the review count next to each one, because a 4.9 from 2,376 people and a 4.9 from 172 do not weigh the same.
- Bobe Kitchen & Bakery, 236 NE 4th St, Miami: 4.9 with 2,376 reviews. Open every day, 7 AM to 6 PM. Google categorizes it as a restaurant and lists it for gluten free searches: it appeared in seven of our eight.
- Dikla Delicious Gluten-free Kosher bakery, 5892 Stirling Rd Unit 5, Hollywood: 4.9 with 172 reviews. Gluten free and kosher are both in the name. Tuesday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. It is in Hollywood, north of Miami.
- Archetti's Bakery, 5030 NE 2nd Ave, Miami: 4.8 with 112 reviews. Open every day, 9 AM to 7 PM. Google categorizes it as a bakery and lists it for gluten free searches: it was the first result for both "gluten free bakery Miami" and "gluten free desserts Miami".
- Almotti Gluten Free Bakery, 14395 SW 139th Ct Ste 102, Miami: 4.7 with 50 reviews. Gluten free is in the name. Tuesday to Thursday 12 PM to 6 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 4 PM, closed Sunday and Monday. Friday closes at 4 PM, but the listing shows 12 AM as the opening time, not 12 PM as on Tuesday to Thursday, so confirm.
- Dora's Bakery and Bistro, 3822 SW 8th St, Coral Gables: 4.5 with 282 reviews. Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 3 PM, Friday to Sunday 8 AM to 6 PM. Google categorizes it as a restaurant and lists it for gluten free searches: first result for "gluten free Coral Gables" and second for "gluten free bakery Miami".
- Pamela Wasabi Bakery, Vegan and Gluten-free, 1602 NW 20th St, Miami: 4.4 with 36 reviews. Vegan and gluten free are both in the name. Google's main category for it is manufacturer, so call before you go. Monday and Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 3 PM, closed Saturday and Sunday. Tuesday also opens at 9 AM, but the listing's closing time looks like a typo.
Where can you find gluten free restaurants and cafes in Miami?
For a meal instead of a pastry box, these five came out of the search "gluten free restaurant Miami". They are listed the same way, by rating.
- TAP Brazilian Café, 1250 S Miami Ave #105, Miami: 4.9 with 642 reviews. Open every day, 7 AM to 9 PM. Its full name on Google includes "100% Gluten-Free", "Tapioca Sandwiches & Açaí" and Brickell. It was the first result for "gluten free restaurant Miami" and for "gluten free breakfast Miami".
- Avo Miami, 1834 Bay Rd, Miami Beach: 4.8 with 2,196 reviews. Open every day, 7 AM to 10 PM. Google categorizes it as a restaurant.
- Naked Farmer, 200 S Biscayne Blvd Ste 145, Miami: 4.8 with 1,825 reviews. Monday to Friday 10:30 AM to 10 PM, Saturday and Sunday 11 AM to 10 PM. Google categorizes it as an American restaurant. The Coral Gables branch, at 137 Giralda Ave, holds a 4.8 with 1,335 reviews and opens Monday to Saturday 11 AM to 10 PM and Sunday 12 PM to 10 PM.
- CARROT, 1111 Brickell Ave, Miami: 4.8 with 852 reviews. 7 AM to 9 PM every day, except Thursday, when the listing shows a 7:15 AM opening. Google categorizes it as a restaurant.
- Cure Cafe, 1800 SW 1st Ave #104, Miami: 4.4 with 120 reviews. Monday to Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, closed Sunday. Google describes it as a stylish counter serve with a gluten free menu of smoothies, coffee, superfood bowls and small plates.
Only two of the five carry gluten free in writing on the listing: TAP in its own name, and Cure Cafe in Google's description. Google lists Naked Farmer, Avo and CARROT for gluten free searches: they were the second, third and fourth results for "gluten free restaurant Miami", right behind TAP. That only tells you Google connects them with the term, so ask which dishes qualify.
Where can you get a gluten free breakfast in Miami?
Sort the same eleven businesses by opening hour and the early options get specific.
- 7 AM, every day: Bobe Kitchen & Bakery, TAP Brazilian Café, Avo Miami on Bay Rd and CARROT on Brickell Ave (7:15 AM on Thursday).
- 8 AM, every day: Dora's Bakery and Bistro in Coral Gables.
- 9 AM: Archetti's Bakery every day, Cure Cafe Monday to Saturday, Dikla Tuesday to Friday, and Pamela Wasabi Bakery Monday to Wednesday (10 AM on Thursday and Friday).
- 10:30 AM or later: Naked Farmer on Biscayne Blvd (10:30 AM on weekdays, 11 AM on weekends) and on Giralda Ave (11 AM, noon on Sunday).
- Noon: Almotti Gluten Free Bakery, Tuesday to Thursday. On Saturday it opens at 11 AM.
A 7 AM start narrows the list to four addresses, and only one, TAP, has gluten free in its name. If breakfast is the whole plan, our guide to a healthy breakfast in Miami covers that meal on its own.
Which of these places in Miami are open on Sunday?
Seven of the eleven businesses above open all seven days: Bobe, Archetti's, Dora's, TAP, Avo, CARROT and Naked Farmer. Almotti, Pamela Wasabi, Dikla and Cure Cafe are closed on Sunday, Pamela Wasabi and Dikla are closed on Saturday too, and Almotti and Dikla are closed on Monday.
All three bakeries with gluten free in the name are among the ones closed on Sunday. That day, the open bakeries are Bobe (7 AM to 6 PM), Dora's (8 AM to 6 PM) and Archetti's (9 AM to 7 PM), so ask at the counter whether anything is gluten free and how it is made. The last to close at night are Avo and both Naked Farmer branches at 10 PM, then TAP and CARROT at 9 PM.
How much does gluten free cost in Miami?
Google's price level does not separate this list: nine of the eleven businesses are marked moderate. For Pamela Wasabi Bakery and both Naked Farmer branches Google shows no price level at all, so treat those as unknowns.
Where can you eat gluten free in Coral Gables?
Three addresses in this guide are in Coral Gables. Dora's Bakery and Bistro, at 3822 SW 8th St, was the first result when we searched "gluten free Coral Gables", and the Naked Farmer at 137 Giralda Ave was the second. The third one is ours.
What is labeled gluten free at GROU Coffee?
GROU Coffee + Cowork is our own shop, at 4100 Salzedo St STE 5 in Coral Gables, a four minute walk from Shops at Merrick Park. We are a specialty coffee shop with an all day brunch kitchen, and we are not going to rank ourselves against the places above. What we can tell you is exactly which items are labeled gluten free on our menu.
- Banana Bread, $7.50: labeled gluten free, organic and vegan on our menu, made with coconut sugar and walnuts.
- Code Wise healthy cake: labeled gluten free, dairy free and sugar free on our menu, made with oat flour and almond flour and sweetened with monk fruit.
- Gluten free mini cupcakes: on the menu under that name.
- Arepa, $6.99: tagged GF on our menu, described there as a healthy Venezuelan arepa.
- Almond Cake Slice, $6.99: tagged GF on our menu, topped with toasted almonds.
If you have celiac disease or a serious allergy, tell the team before you order and ask how each item is prepared. The banana bread lists walnuts, the almond cake and the Code Wise cake list almonds, and the Code Wise cake is made with oat flour, so mention those too if they matter to you.
The sweet side of this is covered in two other guides: the best banana bread in Miami and healthy desserts in Miami. For everything else we serve, see the menu, or how brunch in Coral Gables works at GROU.
We open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 3 PM. No reservations, walk in only, parking is free for 2 hours, and delivery runs through Uber Eats. GROU is rated 4.8 on Google with more than 1,000 reviews. To ask about an ingredient before you drive over, call +1 (305) 639-8218.
How do you confirm a place is really gluten free before you order?
A Google listing does not show a kitchen's process, and that is the part that counts when gluten is a medical issue for you and not a preference. Three questions are worth asking anywhere on this list, ours included. Is it one item or the whole business? A gluten free label on one cake and gluten free in a business name are different claims. How is it prepared, and what else is made in the same space and with the same equipment? And who can confirm the ingredients? For anything supplied by another maker, ask to see the label.
None of that is a judgment on any business here. It is the one step a search result cannot do for you.

None of the three says gluten free in its name, so ask each one whether anything is gluten free and how it is made before you order.
- Are the places in this guide suitable for celiacs?
- A Google listing cannot answer that. Ratings, hours, names and categories come from Google, but how a kitchen prepares its food does not. Call the business, explain what you need, and ask how each item is made and what else is prepared in the same space. That applies to every place in this guide, GROU Coffee included.
