Miami’s First Coffee Party Hosted at GROU Coral Gables

Coral Gables' First-Ever Coffee Party: A Daytime Celebration of Music, Espresso & Community

On March 1st, 2025, GROU Coffee + Cowork made Coral Gables history by hosting the city's first-ever Coffee Party: a brand new kind of celebration that's energizing Miami's social scene. No alcohol, no hangover: just great music, real connection, and the best coffee in Coral Gables.

Organized in collaboration with @wearelove, the event brought together creatives, entrepreneurs, and young professionals for a unique daytime party centered around caffeine culture, community, and wellness vibes.

What's a Coffee Party?

Think music festival meets mindful café:

• Specialty drinks like affogatos, cold brew, and matcha shots
• Live set by DJ @manu_magik, spinning an uplifting house mix
• GROU's signature pastry platters and health-forward menu
• Soulful conversation, networking, and moments of joy, all without alcohol

"We created Coffee Party to celebrate life with clarity and energy. GROU was the perfect home for this movement." @wearelove

A New Movement for Daytime Culture

Coffee Party is part of a global shift toward sober-curious gatherings: events that replace cocktails with cold brew, and loud clubs with meaningful connection.

At GROU, we're proud to be at the heart of this trend in Miami, hosting the kind of events that redefine what a social experience can feel like.

Whether you're dancing to lo-fi beats or sipping the best matcha in Coral Gables, GROU is where Miami's new generation comes together, awake, inspired, and fully present.
