In collaboration with fitness experts from BÜNDA and esthetician Karina Del Morral, founder of Khora by Kari, attendees explored the powerful link between movement, hormones, skin health, and stress management — all while sipping GROU's specialty drinks in the cozy ambiance of our Coral Gables space.
