On Saturday, April 19, GROU Coffee + Cowork hosted a sold-out Fitness & Skin Wellness Talk, bringing together Miami's wellness-minded community for an intimate seminar on how to glow from the inside out.
In collaboration with fitness experts from BÜNDA and esthetician Karina Del Morral, founder of Khora by Kari, attendees explored the powerful link between movement, hormones, skin health, and stress management, all while sipping GROU's specialty drinks in the cozy ambiance of our Coral Gables space.
