Fitness & Skin Wellness Talk at GROU Coffee + Cowork

Glow From the Inside Out: Fitness & Skin Wellness Talk at GROU Coffee in Coral Gables

On Saturday, April 19, GROU Coffee + Cowork hosted a sold-out Fitness & Skin Wellness Talk, bringing together Miami's wellness-minded community for an intimate seminar on how to glow from the inside out.

In collaboration with fitness experts from BÜNDA and esthetician Karina Del Morral, founder of Khora by Kari, attendees explored the powerful link between movement, hormones, skin health, and stress management, all while sipping GROU's specialty drinks in the cozy ambiance of our Coral Gables space.

The Experience

This full-sensory masterclass included:

• A science-based talk + live Q&A
• Free InBody scans and fitness consults by BÜNDA
• Skincare product samples by SKINTIQUE
• A surprise gift raffle
• A complimentary drink voucher for any GROU signature coffee or tea

Naturally, our crowd favorite Lavender Lemonade Tea was a top pick: handcrafted, refreshing, and perfectly aligned with the event's wellness energy, along with our cappuccino with homemade almond milk.

Why It Matters

At GROU, we believe community education and personal growth belong in the same space as the best coffee in Coral Gables. By hosting events that bridge fitness, skincare, and specialty café culture, we aim to be more than just a place to grab a latte: we're a hub for connection and well-being.

"It wasn't just about products or workouts. It was about how we feel, how we treat ourselves, and how we show up in the world."
Gabriela, Luz Skincare
