5K Run & Recovery Event with Free Açaí Bowls at GROU

On a perfect morning for movement, GROU hosted a special 5K Run & Recovery event in collaboration with Shclite Run Club, and the vibes were high from start to finish.

After a 5K run through the city streets, runners gathered at GROU for a one-of-a-kind recovery experience featuring free açaí bowls, cold plunges, recovery boots, and high-energy music by a live DJ. What Made This 5K Event Special?

• Free Açaí Bowls from GROU for every runner
• Recovery Boots & Cold Plunge provided by PAUSE
• Free Protein Shake Samples to support muscle recovery

• Live DJ Set to keep spirits high post-run
• Complimentary Fitness Classes from SWEAT 440

Whether you ran, marched, or simply came to support, the event was a celebration of community, wellness, and mindful recovery. It was more than just a run. It was a full-circle wellness experience.
‍

Why Combine Running and Recovery?

Running boosts your cardiovascular health, but proper recovery helps you stay consistent, avoid injury, and feel your best. By offering recovery tools like cold plunges and compression boots, GROU created a space where movement and mindfulness go hand in hand.

Who Joined the Event?

The event welcomed:
