We had such a wonderful time at our Friendsgiving experience: PILATES, FLORES Y CAFÉ 🌸☕
It all happened on Saturday, November 15th, from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm at GROU Coffee + Cowork, where a small group of friends gathered to celebrate connection, movement, and creativity.
The afternoon began with a warm welcome at 3:30 pm, setting the tone for a cozy and friendly atmosphere. At 4:00 pm, Mariangel guided us through a revitalizing Pilates class, filling the space with calm energy and good vibes. Afterwards, at 5:00 pm, we enjoyed coffee time, shared conversations, and got hands-on with a lovely “Make your own bouquet” activity: a perfect way to end the day surrounded by flowers, laughter, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.
It was a heartwarming afternoon that blended wellness, creativity, and friendship: exactly what Friendsgiving is all about.
About GROU
GROU Coffee + Cowork is a specialty coffee shop with an all day brunch kitchen in Coral Gables, a four minute walk from Shops at Merrick Park. The kitchen serves the same menu every hour we are open, with no brunch window and no cutoff at noon. You can work from a table in the coffee shop, and the coworking space next door has private offices and meeting rooms. The terrace is covered and dog friendly, the wifi is fast, and service is in English and Spanish.
