- Coffee Origins: Understand the different coffee-producing regions, processing methods.
- Coffee beans: Learn about their characteristics, and flavor profiles.
- Roast levels: Explore the various roast levels, and their effects on flavor.
- Coffee Cupping: Learn how to taste coffee, identify flavors and aromas.
- Brewing Methods & Coffee Equipment: Learn about the different brewing methods and coffee equipment
- Espresso basics: Learn how to make a good espresso, equipment needed and tasting.
- Milk frothing/ Latte Art: Learn the basics of creating beautiful latte art and frothing milk.
- Barista Experience: Work hand in hand with our baristas behind the counter and learn their brewing techniques and tools
- Retail Coffee: Learn how and where to buy good coffee
